The MODUS Super Series is down to its final week, and the tension is palpable! Only one coveted spot remains for the prestigious Champions Week, alongside a hefty £5,000 weekly prize. This Week 12 lineup is incredibly strong, featuring a stacked field of past champions, ranking title holders, and emerging talents all battling it out across three fiercely competitive groups for that ultimate qualification.

With only one week remaining, the stakes couldn’t be higher for the MODUS Super Series. This Monday marks the start of Week 12, the ultimate decider for who will secure the final place in the highly anticipated Champions Week lineup. Beyond the glory of qualification, the winner will also pocket a substantial £5,000 top prize.

This isn’t just any week; it’s arguably one of the strongest fields the series has ever seen. The dozen competitors include a formidable mix of seasoned weekly winners, prestigious ranking-title holders, and even a player who has made a debut on the World Championship stage.

Group A: The Opening Gauntlet

Group A kicks off the week’s action, and the format is clear: the winner of this group advances directly to Saturday’s grand finale night, bypassing further group stages.

  • A familiar face on this stage, Archie Self is no stranger to high-pressure moments. He previously reached the Week 12 final in the 2025 series and later claimed a weekly title in May, earning his spot in July’s Champions Week. A win here would be a perfect symmetry, giving him a second shot at the 12th qualification spot.
  • Grant Sampson brings significant World Championship experience. Hailing from Cape Town, he qualified for the 2023 PDC World Championship through the African qualifier and impressively won his opening match 3-1 against Keane Barry.
  • Graham Usher arrives in outstanding form. Last month, he clinched the British Open title in Bridlington, staging a remarkable comeback from 3-1 down to defeat Harrison Leigh 6-4, sealing it with an 11-darter. This victory came just hours after he narrowly lost the British Classic final to Harry Lane. Usher is also a former MODUS weekly winner, having triumphed in Week 8 of Series 11 in July 2025.
  • Jack Aldridge is certainly one of the week’s most significant threats. The Tipton thrower dominated Week 10 of the previous series in July, securing a 4-1 victory over newcomer Kaya Baysal. He then advanced to the Saturday Champions group, where he even defeated eventual champion Derek Coulson 4-3.
  • Ricardo Ulrich and Stuart Dutton complete this challenging group. Dutton has his own impressive credentials, having won the men’s title at the England Selsey Open in June, beating Robbie Martin 5-3 in the final. He also topped his group at the ADC Global Championship last December.

While Group A is packed with talent, Groups B and C promise equally intense battles, with each player eager to prove their worth.

Group B: Rising Stars and Nine-Darters

  • Group B features Nathan Potter, who had a dominant run in Week 8 of the last series, sweeping all five Group A matches on day one en route to claiming the weekly title.
  • He’s joined by Tommy Lishman, a player known for hitting a rare nine-darter at the Live Lounge in 2024 and who has since added a PDC Challenge Tour title to his achievements.
  • Completing the group is Graham Hall, a two-time consecutive winner of the ADC Winmau Championship. Just two weeks ago, he successfully defended his title by defeating Jack Main 6-3 in the final at the very same MODUS Live Lounge venue.

Group C: Tour Cards and Tough Opponents

Group C follows a similar pattern of high-calibre players.

  • Headlining this group is Joe Hunt. Following his significant success on the Challenge Tour, he has secured a coveted tour card for the upcoming year and will make his debut at the PDC World Championship – a massive achievement.
  • Robbie Martin enters the week fresh from reaching the final of the England Classic, where he faced an incredible 110 average from Chas Barstow in a tough match.
  • Group C also includes David O’Hara. While he might be considered the least experienced player in this lineup, the Northern Irishman brings valuable experience from competing on the ADC Vault circuit, which will serve him well in this challenging environment.

With such a high-stakes week ahead, every dart thrown will count. The journey to Champions Week culminates here, promising thrilling action and unforgettable moments as these darts elite battle for the final golden ticket.
