The Nürburgring once again transformed into the epicenter of the German E-Dart scene for the DLMM 2026, drawing approximately 550 teams. In a remarkable display of dominance, the Mac Leods secured their third consecutive victory in the highest division (Buli/BZO). They overcame Team Gladbach with a 4-2 win in the knockout stage. The winning team comprised Daniel Klose, Alexander Köhler, Sascha Schneider, and Lukas Wenig. Checkpoint Darmstadt, featuring Leon Weber, took third place, while EVO Neckarbomber (Kai Gotthardt, Marvin Kraft) finished fourth.

Other notable winners included:

  • BZ-Liga: “Die Opfa” (Dominik Grüllich, Martin Kramer) with a decisive 4-0 win against “Es Rappelt.”

The traditional WDF weekend in Gibraltar featured two significant tournaments. In the Gibraltar Open (WDF Silver category), Scottish youth talent Mitchell Lawrie emerged victorious, defeating Germany’s Marcus Maier 5-2 in the final. For Maier, reaching the final was a significant achievement, having previously beaten strong contenders like Dave Ladley and Daniel Zapata. On the women’s side, Paula Jacklin triumphed with a 5-1 win over Lisa Vandekerckhove.

The Gibraltar Classic (also WDF Silver) saw Matt Clark secure his first WDF title in 18 years, affectionately nicknamed “Superman,” with a thrilling decider victory against Jenson Walker. Walker had earlier overcome Marcus Maier in the semi-finals. Paula Jacklin achieved a fantastic double victory, beating Irina Armstrong 5-2 in the women’s final. Youth titles were claimed by Mitchell Lawrie and Ryan Branley.

Sunday saw a new winner, Russell Joyner, who claimed his first tour victory by defeating Mark Cleaver 7-6 in a hard-fought final.

With ten out of twelve tournaments completed, Robb leads the rankings significantly (6,450 points) ahead of Tata (4,550), making his qualification for a sixth PDC World Championship appearance highly probable. Furthermore, Ben Robb also triumphed in the qualifier for the Australian Darts Masters, once again beating Jonny Tata 7-6 in the final.

European Tour Qualifiers: Eastern Europe Unveils New Talent

Three additional East Europe Qualifiers for upcoming European Tour Events were held in Nové Zámky, Slovakia, showcasing emerging talents:
