Meanwhile, two other matches went right down to the wire, ending in 9-8 victories:
- The Friese Darts Bond (FDB) mounted an incredible comeback against DORA. Trailing 7-3, FDB rallied to win three of four pairs matches and all trio matches, snatching a dramatic 9-8 win.

The defending champions, Darts Bond Midden Nederland (DBMN), also started their season with a win, though in a much tighter contest. Their match against Sallandse Dart Competitie (SDC) ended 6-5 in DBMN’s favor. The deciding moment came in a singles match where Saskia van Zoeren secured a 3-0 victory over Miranda ten Kate, ensuring a successful start for the champions.
